Stop losing disputes you should win

Three features that make 'I didn't deliver' impossible to claim.

No more 'I didn't know'

Share a link. Your client sees every delivery as it happens, with a timestamp. If they say 'I had no idea,' you have a record that says otherwise.

Proof, not Promises

Upload screenshots, links, or files. Build a clear, timestamped record of your work.

Evidence with every invoice

Export professional PDFs with timestamped proof of work. Attach to invoices—clients pay confidently because they've already seen the work happen. Zero disputes. Zero delays.

Why I built this

A client told me I hadn't delivered what they asked for. I had 80 hours of work done, but none of it was organized in a way I could show. Scattered commits, old Slack messages, emails buried in threads. I spent days trying to piece it together. In the end, I discounted the invoice to make the dispute go away. I was right, and I still paid. Around €3,000.

So I built Workory. A place to log what you do, as you do it. Each update gets a timestamp. You share the link when a client asks questions. I've been using it since. If it saves you from what happened to me, that's the whole point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do clients need to sign up?

Nope! That's the best part. Your clients get a secure, read-only link. They can see updates without creating an account or logging in.

What if a client disputes what I delivered?

That's the exact situation Workory was built for. Each entry is timestamped the moment you log it. When a client claims you didn't deliver something, you send them the link. The record speaks for itself. Most client disputes don't survive the evidence.

Can I export my timeline?

Yes. You can export a professional PDF of your entire project history at any time. It's perfect for attaching to invoices as proof of work.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Projects are private by default. Only people with the unique, secure link can view them. You can delete projects at any time.

How long does setup take?

5 minutes. No training needed. Create an account, add your first project, and start logging progress. Your clients can see updates instantly.

How is this different from Toggl or Harvest?

They track time for you. We prove work to clients. Toggl and Harvest are internal tools. Workory is client-facing. Your clients see real progress, not just hours logged.

How is this different from Clockify?

Clockify tracks your time. Workory proves your delivery. Clockify is an internal tool. Workory is client-facing. See the full comparison.

What happens after the free plan?

The free plan stays free forever. If you need advanced features like password protection or custom branding, you can upgrade to Pro anytime. The core features remain free.

Can I try before committing?

Yes—it's completely free to start. No credit card required. No trial period. No hidden fees. Just sign up and start using Workory immediately.

Do I have to change my workflow?

Nope. Track tasks like you always do—Workory just makes them visible to clients. Add updates when you finish milestones, and your clients stay in the loop automatically.
